A Boundary survey is used to determine the exact location of property boundaries and corners of a piece of land. Referencing a legal description may not be enough to determine your property's boundaries. This can be used for buying or improving real estate or simply locate your property boundaries for your own reference.

Boundary Survey work includes: 

​

• Researching the subject parcel(s)

• Field identifying monumentation (for subject parcel(s), adjacent parcels, and any other relevant parcel information)

• Taking necessary measurements and performing calculations

• Producing a detailed map of the parcel(s) showing boundary lines and all visible improvements/utilities
